Responsibilities
- Pack and Ship Orders: Efficiently process and prepare customer orders for shipment using automated systems and manual labor.
- Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records within the warehouse management system.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems to move materials.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and workplace protocols to maintain a secure environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the morning shift team to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory; we provide on-the-job training.
- Availability: Must be available to work nights (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and weekends as needed.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- License: Valid driver's license is a plus.
