Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Efficiently process customer orders with accuracy and speed to meet daily targets.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records within the warehouse system.
- Forklift Operation: Safely operate powered industrial equipment (Forklift, Pallet Jack) to move materials and products.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to ensure workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required (we provide training).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and attendance.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Communication: Basic English language skills for reading safety labels and instructions.
