Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Inventory Management: Conduct accurate stock counts and manage inventory records to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Packing & Shipping: Prepare, pack, and ship products according to customer orders and company standards.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damages and ensure all items meet quality specifications before shipping.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance checks on warehouse equipment and report any issues immediately.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required for immediate hires.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time weekends (Friday through Sunday).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and shipping orders.
- Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable mode of transportation.
