Job Summary
As a Weekend Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate inventory management and efficient product handling. You will work closely with a team of professionals in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely and efficiently load and unload freight onto and off of trucks using proper equipment.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, pick, pack, and stage orders accurately to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse machinery such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks in compliance with safety protocols.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and orderly warehouse workspace at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is highly preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) on a regular schedule.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
