Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package incoming shipments with 99% accuracy
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts in compliance with safety protocols
- Perform real-time inventory audits using warehouse management systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPI targets
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and equipment per OSHA standards
- Process returns and damaged goods with proper documentation
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience required
- OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Proficient with barcode scanners and inventory software
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework a plus
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation and clean background check
- Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness
