Responsibilities
- Accurately process inbound/outbound shipments using RF scanners
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts in compliance with safety protocols
- Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliation with precision
- Maintain organized storage areas and clean workspace standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet weekend shipment targets
- Utilize warehouse management software for real-time tracking
- Train new associates on weekend procedures and equipment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- OSHA Forklift Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly with proper technique
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Basic proficiency in warehouse management systems
- Reliable transportation to early morning shifts
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
