Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship high-value tech components using RF scanners
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts in OSHA-compliant manner
- Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliation with precision
- Maintain 5S standards in a climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet SLA targets
- Adhere to safety protocols for handling sensitive electronics
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or fulfillment experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Basic computer literacy with inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts only
- Pass background check and drug screening
