- Oversee 15+ person night shift team, ensuring safety protocols are followed
- Optimize inventory management and order fulfillment processes
- Conduct quality control inspections and resolve operational issues
- Coordinate cross-functional communication with day shift managers
- Implement process improvements for 20%+ productivity gains
- Manage equipment operations and maintenance schedules
- Generate nightly performance reports for leadership review
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in 24/7 operations
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
- Excellent written communication for shift handover reports
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs occasionally
- Valid Illinois driver's license (required for equipment operation)
- Flexible schedule availability (11 PM - 7 AM)
