Apex Tech Solutions is currently seeking a dedicated Weekend Technical Support Specialist to join our elite customer service team. We offer immediate start dates for candidates ready to hit the ground running. This is an on-site position requiring availability on Saturdays and Sundays.
Our team prides itself on resolving complex technical challenges with speed and empathy. As a Weekend Specialist, you will be the first line of defense for our clients, ensuring seamless IT operations during peak times.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues via phone and remote desktop.
- Manage and prioritize a high volume of incoming support tickets within established SLAs.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the on-call engineering team to escalate critical issues effectively.
- Conduct routine system checks and maintenance to prevent weekend outages.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new weekend support staff.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support, Help Desk, or Customer Service.
- Strong understanding of Windows, macOS, and mobile device management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during weekend shifts.
- A+ or CompTIA Network+ certification is a plus.
- Reliable transportation required as shifts are strictly on-site.
