Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting market shifts with 85%+ accuracy
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario modeling, and trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or similar
- Experience leading teams of 15+ researchers across 3+ continents
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Portfolio of implemented future-strategies generating $50M+ revenue
