What You'll Do
As our Weekend Specialist, you will be the first line of defense for our clients during peak weekend hours. Your role is critical in maintaining our high standard of service and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to customers via phone and email during weekend shifts.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues efficiently.
- Log and track all support tickets in our CRM system to ensure high service standards.
- Collaborate with the on-call engineering team to escalate complex technical problems.
- Conduct basic system maintenance and software updates as required.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in technical support or a similar customer service role.
- Strong understanding of Windows, macOS, and basic networking concepts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and troubleshoot issues with minimal supervision.
- Reliable transportation and availability for weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday).
