Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications using modern frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes into high-quality code.
- Optimize application performance, accessibility, and SEO best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to the development team.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning and daily stand-ups.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Front-End development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Expert knowledge of React.js and modern state management libraries.
