Responsibilities

- Collaborate with the engineering team to escalate complex bugs.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during peak weekend hours.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of new workstations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to start immediately.
- Previous experience in a help desk or customer support role is a plus.
