Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled system maintenance, patches, and updates on Linux and Windows servers.
- Monitor system health, alerts, and logs to proactively resolve potential issues.
- Ensure data backup integrity and disaster recovery procedures are executed correctly.
- Collaborate with the on-call team during critical incidents to minimize downtime.
- Document all technical procedures and incident reports for knowledge sharing.
- Test new software deployments in the controlled weekend environment.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT support, Systems Administration, or Network Engineering.
- Strong proficiency in scripting (Bash, PowerShell, or Python).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Valid Driver’s License (for occasional site visits).
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
