Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support via phone, email, and in-person for hardware and software issues.
- Manage and maintain the local area network (LAN), ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Perform hardware installations, including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Configure and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows 10/11, macOS) and standard business applications.
- Monitor system performance and assist in capacity planning and upgrades.
- Document all technical issues, resolutions, and procedures in the ticketing system.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Windows Server, and network fundamentals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA) is a plus.
