- Collaborate with the weekday support team to escalate and resolve complex tickets.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support or call center environments.
- Must be available to work full weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong verbal communication skills with a professional and empathetic tone.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic computer hardware and software problems.
