Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices architecture
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using Jenkins and Docker
- Mentor 3+ junior engineers through pair programming
- Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices
- Collaborate with product teams on roadmap execution
- Monitor system performance with Datadog and New Relic
- Present technical solutions to C-level stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with Java/Python
- AWS/Azure certification required
- Expertise in Kubernetes and Terraform
- Proven track record of leading agile projects
- Strong system design and debugging skills
