Responsibilities
- Lead weekend warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment
- Train and mentor 5-7 weekend staff on safety protocols and procedures
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment with precision
- Conduct daily inventory audits and report discrepancies
- Collaborate with day-shift managers for operational continuity
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a hazard-free environment
- Process shipments using WMS software and barcode systems
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8-hour shifts
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Excellent communication in English and Spanish (bilingual bonus)
