Your Role
As a Senior Warehouse Associate, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our distribution processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage and audit inventory levels with high accuracy using our proprietary WMS (Warehouse Management System).
- Operate heavy machinery (Forklifts, Pallet Jacks) safely and efficiently to load, unload, and stage materials.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure all outgoing shipments meet strict company standards.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to streamline pick-and-pack processes and reduce turnaround times.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Assist in training new associates on proper safety protocols and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 1-3 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain operations.
- Valid forklift certification (will consider candidates with strong mechanical aptitude if certification is pending).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer proficiency.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends, as business demands.
