Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage inventory using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Safely operate material handling equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks
- Process incoming shipments and prepare outbound orders with 99% accuracy
- Maintain clean, organized work areas compliant with OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with quarterly physical inventories
- Train on new processes and technologies to enhance operational efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail with proven accuracy in fast-paced settings
