Responsibilities
- Process daily shipments/receives with barcode scanning systems
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely (OSHA-certified training provided)
- Conduct inventory audits using WMS software
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse zones per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for order fulfillment
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
- Train new associates on SOPs and safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- 6 months+ warehouse/forklift experience preferred
- OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screen
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Reliable transportation to industrial Omaha location
