Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load and unload trucks, and move inventory within the warehouse using powered industrial equipment (PPE) and hand tools.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently to meet strict delivery deadlines.
- Inventory Management: Assist in cycle counting and inventory audits to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners according to safety protocols.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (Weekend Shift).
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred, but we will train the right candidate.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and perform moderate physical labor.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Skills: Basic computer skills and familiarity with barcode scanners are a plus.
