Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations during weekend shifts to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of warehouse associates.
- Conduct safety inspections and enforce company safety protocols.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in cycle counts.
- Resolve operational issues and coordinate with management.
- Ensure all products are packed, labeled, and shipped accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or team leadership is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Reliable transportation to the Phoenix facility.
