Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical troubleshooting and support to clients during weekend operations.
- Manage and resolve a high volume of incoming inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Document all technical issues, resolutions, and client interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the Monday-Friday team to ensure seamless service continuity and knowledge sharing.
- Ensure all service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards are strictly met during off-peak hours.
- Assist in the maintenance and update of technical documentation and FAQs.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance weekend team efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, IT support, or technical helpdesk roles preferred.
- Mandatory Requirement: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
