Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend warehouse operations including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Coordinate team activities to ensure efficient workflow and productivity targets
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Train and mentor new weekend shift staff on operational procedures
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex problems to management
- Generate daily performance reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless operational handovers
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in logistics or warehousing
- Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6AM-6PM)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
