Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend shift activities and ensure operational efficiency
- Supplement staffing during high-volume weekend periods
- Perform quality checks and maintain inventory accuracy
- Train new weekend staff on company protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues
- Document shift activities and prepare daily reports
- Ensure compliance with safety and security standards
Qualifications
- Available for all weekend shifts (Sat-Sun 6am-6pm)
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office Suite)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Valid driver's license (required for inventory runs)
- Previous supervisory experience preferred but not required
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
