Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend medical staff operations and patient flow
- Implement quality assurance protocols and compliance standards
- Train and mentor new team members on weekend procedures
- Manage inventory and supply chain for weekend shifts
- Coordinate with on-call physicians and emergency services
- Resolve patient concerns and escalate critical issues
- Complete weekend shift documentation and reporting
Qualifications
- 2+ years healthcare supervision experience required
- BLS/CPR certification (must maintain current status)
- Strong weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts)
- Experience with EHR systems (Epic preferred)
- Colorado state nursing or medical license required
