Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend warehouse operations and ensure safety protocols are followed
- Lead a team of 5-8 associates in receiving, inventory, and shipping tasks
- Train new hires on equipment operation and company procedures
- Monitor productivity metrics and implement efficiency improvements
- Conduct quality checks on outgoing shipments
- Coordinate with day-shift managers for seamless handovers
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management software
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods

- Reliable transportation and punctuality
