Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and heavy machinery to move, load, and unload products efficiently.
- Pack, label, and prepare shipments for delivery with high accuracy.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Assist in shipping and receiving operations as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to obtain a forklift certification (training provided).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
