Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend warehouse operations including receiving, inventory, and shipping
- Manage team of 8-10 associates, providing guidance and performance feedback
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Coordinate with day-shift managers for seamless operational handover
- Resolve operational challenges and implement process improvements
- Prepare shift reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Conduct weekly team meetings to address performance and goals
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse or logistics supervisory experience
- Proven ability to lead teams in fast-paced environments
- Familiarity with WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible weekends (Friday-Sunday)
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree a plus
