Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Train and supervise a team of 10-15 warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols
- Optimize workflow efficiency through process improvement and lean methodologies
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts
- Collaborate with logistics team to ensure timely shipments and deliveries
- Address operational challenges and implement corrective actions proactively
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse/supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment
- Forklift certification and OSHA 10-hour training preferred
- Strong proficiency in inventory management systems (WMS)
- Excellent leadership and team development skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Proven problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Valid Florida driver's license required
