- Manage weekend shift staff (5-10 team members) including scheduling and task delegation
- Ensure store standards for cleanliness, inventory, and safety protocols
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve escalations with professionalism
- Process transactions and operate POS systems efficiently
- Conduct opening/closing procedures and daily reporting
- Train new weekend staff on company policies and best practices
- Collaborate with weekday supervisors for seamless operations
Qualifications
- 2+ years retail/supervisory experience required

- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday) mandatory

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
