Responsibilities
- Manage weekend shift operations including opening/closing procedures
- Lead and motivate 5-8 team members during peak weekend hours
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards across all touchpoints
- Handle inventory management and loss prevention protocols

- Train new weekend staff on company procedures and safety standards
- Generate shift reports and maintain accurate documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years supervisory experience in retail/hospitality
- Proven ability to work independently during weekend shifts

- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 2 PM)
- Basic proficiency with inventory management software
- Valid Minnesota driver's license (if required for site visits)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with frequent lifting (up to 25 lbs)
