Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate weekend warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse associates through performance coaching
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Optimize workflow efficiency and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies using WMS systems
- Collaborate with weekday managers to ensure operational continuity
- Prepare shift reports and analyze performance metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or manufacturing
- Proven leadership experience managing teams of 10+ employees
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (WMS)
- Ability to work flexible weekends (Friday-Sunday) and holidays
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
