Job Overview
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring our supply chain operates smoothly. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products efficiently and accurately.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory with high accuracy.
- Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment in accordance with safety standards.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software is a plus.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality assurance.
