Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional project teams from initiation to closure
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
- Manage project budgets exceeding $1M
- Identify and mitigate project risks proactively
- Communicate progress to stakeholders through executive dashboards
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies for delivery excellence

Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in tech/construction
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time/budget
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project and Jira
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Engineering or equivalent
