Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines and precision manufacturing equipment with strict adherence to quality standards
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration of machinery to ensure optimal performance
- Monitor production processes and document quality metrics using MES systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Maintain accurate production logs and shift handover documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial production environment
- Technical certification or associate degree in manufacturing technology preferred
- Proficiency with CNC machinery and precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers)
- Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and blueprints
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work rotating weekend shifts (Fri-Sun) with overtime potential
- Valid Ohio driver's license and reliable transportation
