Responsibilities
- Operate automated and semi-automated machinery safely and efficiently during night shifts.
- Perform rigorous quality control inspections to ensure all products meet company standards.
- Monitor production metrics and report any equipment malfunctions immediately.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure seamless workflow continuity.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation to maximize productivity.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or production is a plus but not mandatory (we provide training).
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to pass a background check.
