Job Overview

As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring our supply chain operates smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping to meet daily targets.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records within the warehouse system.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and handheld scanners.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and warehouse regulations at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to optimize workflow.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in data entry and inventory handling.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills; ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Reliability: A consistent work history and a strong desire to show up on time every day.
- Forklift Certification: Preferred but not required (training provided on-site).
