Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for hardware and software issues.
- Perform routine system backups, updates, and security patches to maintain system integrity.
- Monitor network traffic and server health to prevent downtime and resolve outages.
- Assist in the configuration and deployment of new workstations and peripherals.
- Document all incidents, resolutions, and technical changes in the IT service desk system.
- Collaborate with the on-site management team to optimize weekend workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or IT operations.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with Windows and macOS environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first approach.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a rotating schedule.
- Valid Driver’s License is a plus for onsite travel.
