Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care during weekend shifts in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document patient progress accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care
- Respond to emergency situations following established protocols
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations
- Train and mentor new staff on weekend shift procedures

Qualifications
- Current RN/LPN/CNA license in Indiana
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
- BLS certification required (ACLS preferred)
- Availability to work every Saturday and Sunday
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Background check and drug screening required
