Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including vital monitoring and medication administration
- Document patient records accurately and maintain confidential files
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care delivery

- Assist with patient education and discharge planning

Qualifications
- Current AZ CNA, LPN, or RN license required
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening
