Responsibilities
- Answer and resolve incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.

- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor during high-volume periods.
- Adhere to all company policies, scripts, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure continuity of service.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Must be available to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic computer skills and typing proficiency (35+ WPM).
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve on the fly.
- Reliable internet connection if working from home.
