Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve complex customer issues with patience, accuracy, and a solution-oriented approach.
- Process orders, returns, and account adjustments efficiently.
- Update client information and resolve discrepancies in the CRM database.
- Adhere to all company policies, quality standards, and compliance regulations.
- Escalate critical issues to team leads when necessary to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or call center environments is preferred.
- Must be available to work exclusively on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong verbal communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
