Responsibilities
- Manage Inquiries: Handle a high volume of incoming calls and emails regarding orders, shipments, and account status with a focus on accuracy and empathy.
- Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot customer issues and resolve complaints promptly to maintain high retention rates and customer loyalty.
- Data Management: Update and maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system to ensure all information is current.
- Process Improvement: Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements to enhance the weekend support workflow.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the support team during shift handovers to ensure continuity of care.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, logistics, or call center operations is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends, specifically Saturday and Sunday, on a full-time basis.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse clientele.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in using computer systems, MS Office, and company-specific software.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
