Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery and assembly lines during assigned weekend shifts.
- Perform routine quality control checks to ensure all products meet strict industry standards.
- Load and unload raw materials, parts, and finished products safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the floor supervisor immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quotas.
- Complete necessary paperwork and timekeeping records accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to work rotating weekend shifts, including Saturdays and Sundays.
- Basic math skills and ability to read and comprehend simple instructions.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or logistics is a plus but not required.
- Reliable transportation to and from the El Paso facility.
