Responsibilities
- Oversee 15-20 production operators during night shift operations
- Monitor production metrics and implement process improvements
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols
- Coordinate maintenance schedules and equipment troubleshooting
- Train new employees on machinery operation and procedures
- Manage inventory levels and supply chain logistics
- Prepare shift reports and performance documentation
- Collaborate with day shift supervisors for seamless transitions
Qualifications
- 5+ years in manufacturing/supervisory experience required
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Proficient with production management software (SAP/MES)
- Ability to troubleshoot hydraulic/pneumatic systems
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
