Responsibilities
- Supervise and direct daily warehouse operations during weekend shifts to ensure 100% on-time delivery.
- Manage a team of 15+ logistics associates, conducting daily briefings and performance reviews.
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and company compliance standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment to prevent downtime.
- Collaborate with the Monday-Friday management team to transition operations smoothly.
- Resolve operational bottlenecks and escalate critical issues immediately.
- Train new hires on WMS systems and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management.
- Proven leadership experience with a background in shift management.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Proficient in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory software.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to lead diverse teams.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
