Responsibilities
- Manage weekend warehouse operations team (15+ members) ensuring safety protocols and productivity targets
- Coordinate cross-functional workflows between receiving, packing, and shipping departments
- Implement process improvements using lean methodologies to reduce weekend bottlenecks
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and real-time performance monitoring
- Resolve escalated customer and operational issues with urgency
- Generate weekend performance reports for leadership review
- Maintain 100% compliance with OSHA and company policies
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in warehouse/supervisory roles, weekend shift preferred
- Proven ability to lead teams in high-volume operations environments
- Strong knowledge of WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid California driver's license
- Flexible availability for Saturday/Sunday shifts (6:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
