Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve incoming customer inquiries and support tickets with a high degree of accuracy.
- Perform daily data entry and inventory management tasks to ensure operational efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with the Monday-Friday operations team to maintain workflow continuity.
- Identify and troubleshoot operational issues during weekend shifts.
- Ensure all documentation and reports are updated in the CRM system.
- Provide exceptional customer service to our local Albuquerque community.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or operations is preferred but not required.
